A Strong Advocate on Your Side

After graduating the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Martin Osinski first entered the legal field as a law clerk at a powerhouse national litigation law firm in Chicago. Martin’s exposure to several high profile national matters fueled his interest in litigation and a year later he was enrolled at the John Marshall Law School.

While in law school, Martin had the distinction of representing the school in a national Moot Court competition in Cincinnati, Ohio where he presented an Appellate Brief in a product liability case.

After graduating law school, Martin sought out employment in both Personal Injury and Family Law firms to gain a wide knowledge of the law. Martin’s experience in Family Law runs the gamut of the field, and includes divorce, child custody, maintenance (alimony), child support, removal, and modification of prior orders. His experience in personal injury law includes auto accidents, slip and falls, construction site accidents, and trucking accidents.

Martin’s is a published author and his article entitled “Unlawful Visitation Interference: Criminal and Civil Penalties” has appeared in a Chicagoland newspaper. Martin is an avid speaker on the issue of Family Law and has spoken to numerous groups on family law topics, participated in a Family Law Continuing Legal Education Seminar and has conducted numerous radio interviews.

During his downtime, Martin’s interests include Wing Chun Kung Fu, wilderness backpacking, winemaking, and volunteering. Martin resides in suburban Chicago with his wife Jevo and two daughters.
